Countries that are willing to use the online test, please propose a suitable period to me within 7 days, and we will coordinate a suitable contest date for everyone to strive for fairness in the contest.

(2) The International Mathematics Assessment for Schools (IMAS) is in search of a Regional or National Coordinator for every member region/country. The application is now open on a ‘first come, first serve’ basis and interested applicants may manifest their intention by sending a Notice of Intent to this email address ccmp@seed.net.tw .  The IMAS Central Office will deliberate the application and its approval will be made known through email. Likewise, IMAS Central Office will send to each coordinator his/her own language version of the test questions for the first round in electronic file before November 30, 2021. The coordinator must take charge of the reproduction of the contest papers and set rules for the administration of the test.

In order to preserve the integrity of the IMAS, test questionnaires should be collected from the participants after writing the test and these may only be given back to the participants after every deadline has been met and when the test is presumed to have already been administered in all regions/countries.

(4) The contest papers are written in Chinese and English. Any region/country preferring the papers to be in its language must nominate, not later than November 1, 2021, a math expert translator.
